How do you decide which shelters receive the meal donations?

We donate through Rescue Bank to ensure that shelters in need receive the needed donations. They have also created a network of food suppliers, donations and shelters to make sure every donation is maximized. To see all shelters that receive donations, click here.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept secure payments through Stripe and Paypal. This allows you to pay with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or PayPal.

How long will delivery take?

Orders take anywhere from 10-14 BUSINESS days (within the USA) and 3- 4 weeks (international) to receive due to each item being hand printed after it is ordered.Once the item is pretreated, dried, printed and packaged for shipping it is shipped. The above stated times are measured from the time the order is placed with us until it is received by you (and is dependent upon demand).

Is it safe to place this order online?

Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, we make use of best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security at Stripe.

What is your return policy?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

What if I don't receive my order?

All orders will have tracking numbers. If your package gets lost in the mail, please contact orders@animalpetitons.org, and we will send you a replacement as quickly as possible.
